Description

A gorgeous Thonet bentwood footstool / ottoman made around the 1960s. These  were originally designed around the late 19th / early 20th Century. Can be used as a footstool, side table or plant stand and would look stunning in a lounge, hallway or in a bedroom as a bedside table.

It has it distinctive beech bentwood frame and cane seat. It is stained in a dark oak colour and French polished (as per the originals). The stool is in good vintage condition and has been restored by us in our workshop. The seat and back cane is in good condition with no splits or breakages. 

As this is vintage there are signs of 'wear & tear', we try to show any blemishes in our photos. We restore all pieces ourselves and feel blemishes do not detract from the beauty of the piece and shows its history.
